Drake foi o favorito das indicações, ficando no topo da lista com 13! Ele está, inclusive, concorrendo ao maior prêmio da noite, de artista do ano, na disputa com Beyoncé, Adele, Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande, Rihanna, Twenty One Pilots, Carrie Underwood e The Weeknd. Além deste, o rapper está concorrendo também ao prêmio de parceria do ano (com Wizkid & Kyla, por “One dance”), canção pop-rock favorita (“One dance”), álbum pop-rock favorito (“Views”) e canção rap/hip-hop favorita (“Hotline Bling”), entre muitos outros.
